Check Out The New Mini-Bosses You'll Encounter In The Surge Next Year
If blasting up robots in Binary Domain or Hard Reset was your sort of thing, you might enjoy going the Wolverine route of slicing apart mechanical monstrosities with iron-clad claws in next year’s release of The Surge. There’s the ‘Smelter’, too. Designed in a way to make sabotaging its insides incredibly difficult, it has one major flaw – cooling. Forcing itself to vent crucial gasses through its available exhaust points, chances are a well-timing spark will be the key to setting this one aflame.
The Surge doesn’t quite have a release date in mind other than the rough ‘2017’ placeholder. But you’ll be putting together make-shift weaponry from the outsmarted mechs at some point next year.
