News – Global Game Awards 2018 Results: Best In Gaming

The votes are in. They’ve been counted and verified. Thousands and thousands of you got involved in the Global Game Awards 2018 and the winners have been decided. All of these winners were chosen by you, the gamers, celebrating the best that gaming had to offer this year. As ever, you’re a knowledgable bunch and it’s meant we’ve got a heck of a list of the best games in 2018.

Unfortunate timing has put us on a collision with a certain other awards event, but here we like to think we celebrate the entire range of gaming, from curious simulators to VR hijinks.

Whatever your tastes, whether surviving out in the wilderness, flipping homes, conquering worlds, or not spending a single cent, there’s something here for everyone. Here we’ve gathered the rundown of all the genre-specific awards, including the Best Multiplayer games, Best Visuals, and which Publisher has truly blessed us this year.

These results don’t tell the full story either, so be sure to check out the two other Award announcement sections, while you can also head over to the Global Game Awards 2018 page itself to see a vote breakdown by percentage:
